We want you to love your Oru Kayak apparel as much as the open water, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure your gear is in its original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
